A very poor follow up movie

Oh dear, they didn't even really try did they.
It tries to be exactly like the first film, but misses the point completely. It only manages to steal all it's ideas from LB1 and incorporate what could be the worst soundtrack I've ever heard on any film ever.
Don't believe anyone that says "well it's not too bad actually" because it really is.
And poor Tom Savini has his name to this, what has the world come to?

A surfer/biker/teen/vampire movie. With an awful soundtrack. Or perhaps it should be a rubbish/dodgey acting/not remotely scary/cheap special effects/vampire movie. With an awful soundtrack.
Nothing like the first Lost Boys film, which was tongue-in-cheek funny and scary too. This is just the usual cheap teen horror flick, with some sex scenes, some blood, and no real story line. Girl gets bitten, will her brother save her? Will Corey Feldman start talking in a normal voice? Yes, and no. And there you are.
If you're a juvenile male you might enjoy it (coo, look, nipples!).
Anyone else should steer clear.

I thought lost boys 2 was ace. its fun and not too serious which is exactly what i wanted to see.
i understand why it was a straight to dvd, but nonetheless still a great film.
the gore is wicked, the acting pretty good (is it just me or is the main guy that annoying dick from american pie band camp) the story line basic but fun, hot girls (especially Autumn Reeser, wow just buy it for her) and of course...........FELDMAN, spoerting a very gruff low voice which was a bit strange :)

Despite all the negetive reviews I actually thought 'Lost Boys 2' was quite good. Of course it's in no way as good as the original but it's still a fun movie overall. Threre were some great gore effects and a lot of boobies but other than that everything was just average. I did like some of the motorbike stuff and of course Corey Feldman was brilliant again as Edgar Frog. It was a shame that Corey Haim wasn't in more though but at least he had a cameo. The other actors were pretty good but nothing too special. Bytheway Autmun Reeser is hot!!!
