Seriously NOT driving music. Looks like the marketing boys spotted another way to fleece the public on the back of Top Gear.
10/10 for the TV Show but this deserves a swift burial.

Very very tired - put the whole of the Top Gear team in a caravan together and send them off to somewhere we'll never from them again...

So I know Clarkson is hardly the youngest cat in the woods and although top gear may be made for the younger generation but it is certainly presented by the older generation. The problem with this is that the music on this CD is just old. Top down, pedal to the metal music this is not. Top up, legs up on the sofa this is.
I like top gear a lot, I like clarkson a lot, I even think James May is funny sometimes but I genuinely believe this CD was made as another joke by top gear to see how much money they can make from the unsuspecting public. Now Clarkson sells books full of literature he has written months before and already been paid for by the papers. That I feel is bad but I don't feel annoyed when I pay for it because it is funny and worth reading. This CD however is not funny, its not big and its not clever, its just boring, worn out and not worth listening to. I would rather they made a CD of the Top Gear trio singing. At least it would be original and maybe even funny.
This music isn't bad in itself but you cannot possibly say that it is driving music. It's just some average to fairly good music put together, in a clap tap, mumbo jumbo, messy, thrown together, non thought out way.
That I have to say is my final word on this distinctly below average CD.
