A very dissapointing final season

I really love The Dead Zone and was looking forward to watching the final season. As my review title states I was very dissapointed. Many of the regular cast only make a few appearances in this season which is a shame. To be fair some of the episodes are enjoyable.
What ruined it for me was the final episode. I was expecting a resolution to the Stilson apocalypse story which has dominated the other seasons. What did we get - nothing - no explosive finalie - no final ending - it was just an ordinary episode. I won't go into specifics in case you havn't watched it yet.
I know the series was cancelled (why do American networks cancell series which are popular with good ratings such as Angel, Stargate SG1 and now Stargate Atlantis - it makes no sence at all). All I can hope is that they make a tv movie that will finally tie up all the loose ends - I think that fans of the series deserve this.

I have just watched the first disc and there's only a NTSC close-caption, no standard subtitles, let alone a spanish soundtrack or subs.
For those who have difficulties hearing or if you don't speak english natively, the only way to access the subtitles is by watching the DVDs on a PC with a software like Cyberlink PowerDVD or similar + a software like AnyDVD to play R1 DVDs on a European PC.
