Like all other Dragonball Z season box set's this set is a MUST buy! It features THE Garlic JR, Trunks and Android sagas. That's 32 episodes on six discs! The DVD set also includes the English DUB with Japanese background music, Japanese and English Dub with US music (Soundtrack from Bruce Faulconer)
The DVD set still remains in its 16:9 format (widescreen)
A major disappointment to this box set is the lack of Re- Dub especially. At the start of the set Vegeta's voice had been Re-Dubbed (Garlic JR saga) but remained untouched from the Trunks saga and onwards) This would have to be the most noticeable voice change as his voice changes from deep to rather high pitched, so if you're a fan of Vegeta's deep voice then you are going to be very disappointed....
Although the box set has suffered from a huge lack of Re-Dubs the series still remains a classic! The episodes are great! The colours are fantastic and the quality couldn't be better! For any Dragonball Z fan this is a must buy! So if you are planning on buying this DVD set then I highly recommend you do! Also the DVD has a region code on 1, 2 and 4 meaning that it will work in all UK DVD players! So don't let the NTSC put you of.

Like someone previously stated, this entire series (Currently up to volume four) is multiregion, It says in the information is it in NTSC format, but it will play on a DVD player that supports either region 1, 2, or 4.

I love Dragon ball Z so naturaly I have been buying these as they came out one by one....however I have been buying them on amazon.com
if you look on the back of the box yes its does say NTSC but they are multiregion discs 1,2 and 4! and guess what the UK is Region 2 Happy Days!! lol just incase people are aprehensive about buying them they will play on any dvd player trust me
