This DVD is superb. Its a great way to get informed first hand, the simple practical processes of self defence and moreover how to look after yourself as best as you can on today's streets. My wife loves it, that is I guess, who it is aimed at. Particularly impressed with Andy Hopwood's style of presentation and teaching, its really is so easy to understand, and more importantly, do!
Lucy is a petite woman, she really is the ideal size for an instruction DVD of this nature, if Lucy can end up confident in handling threatening situations via this Stay Safe training, then this DVD certainly won't intimidate smaller sized people.
Overall, i'll give it 5 stars, well worth the money.
