ABOUT THE DVD: This is a double disc release of the 2006 television production of 'Blackbeard' written by Bryce Zabel and starring Angus Macfadyen in the title role. The DVD is for the Netherlands market (which are Region 2 PAL format, the same as the UK, so there's no problem with playing on any standard British DVD player), and the only subtitles on it are Dutch (no English subtitles!). The audio is the original English (Dolby Digital 5.1) and the picture is 16:9 widescreen. The total running time of the production is 170 minutes, and scene selection is available on both discs.
