Pretty good pump it up workout, though I'm little bit confused (since I started this workout) when a choregrapher did it a little bit to fast and a little bit off the beat as well.
Awesome girls from the Ministry of Sound music videos I recognise and an amusing, amazing choregrapher Gareth Walker!
I only did Warm it up, Tone it up section, Dancemix 1 and then I did a cool it off section which is pretty cool.
I'm very satisfied with this DVD and I like it so far! :)

This workout DVD is by far the best one i have ever bought! I buy a lot of workout dvds and this one is definitely my favourite! This is the only workout that i actually look forward to doing! Unlike so many other workouts which claim to be dance workouts (including the other MOS dvds) this one actually is! The main dancemix workouts are sooooo much fun that you dont even realise how hard ur working and how many calories you're burning! I've found with many other MOS dvds that the moves are too hard to follow as the instructors dont explain what they're going to do...they just do it! and you end up getting very confused! But Gareth (the choreographer) explains what the next move will be while you stay with the MOS girls. This is the only workout i've found where you actually learn proper dance routines rather than boring repetitive aerobics moves! For anyone who wants to get fit but have fun too, i 100% recommend this dvd!

This is the best workout dvd ever. I have tried a few other dvds in the past- like CD UK and Davina high energy- but none of them show any results or i just get bored after 10 minutes. With this, I have only been doing it for 1 week and have already lost 3 pounds! At times you realy want to give in because it is hard but gareth realy makes you want to keep goin. Its set to a brilliant soundtrack. And it realy helps that the girls are doing it in the background while gareth shows you the next move. One thing i would say is hold the stretches a bitlonger than they do in the dvd.

I own all the Pump it Up DVDs as well as a multitude of others and this is my favourite yet. The tone it up section gets in there, gets you out in about 10mins but you feel like you hit all the right spots when you've done. The dance routines are challenging but keep you interested so you forget you're working hard. You feel like you are on a dance DVD by the end; my daughter was well impressed at her Mum!!!! The instructor is bubbly and entusiastic, he does forget a bit in the middle but this adds an endearing quality to the DVD and you feel that he is one of your mates by the time you've done.
