The first episode i saw from this DVD was [cartman gets anal probe] and it was well, very funny i used to like the Simpsons but now this is around i can't say i like it that much any more,and i never found it that funny but this has got great humour so if your at the age of 12 and can't have it yet well wait until your my age 14 and then get it its got good episodes in it [demon]is a funny episode and so is [starvin'marvin] and if you like the Simpsons well see this it's much funnier.

Hilarious programme and it's about time they release these on dvd.

I love South Pakr it's so original and never gets boring (like some other programmes). It was weird they started to release about four seasons and then they stopped releasing them for ages, i'm glad they are cause i love the programme and i'm sick of the tv showing the same episodes all the time. Any season is great to buy if you have at one part of south park then you will like this. This all depends on your sense of humour if yiu hate toilet humour stay well away from this but if you like it this is a must buy. Oh yeah and the programme mocks religion and stuff it's only a joke they'll mock anything even them selfs if they ran out of anything to mock which will be along time. I think only bad season was season 11 because tv played it too much though the imgination land episode was hilarious and the one with the midget. For people who thinks it's overrated it is not this has a right to be overrated every episode is funnya and never boring family guy is overrated(good programme but just got boring). South Park Rocks

Decent first season.

I loved South Park when it first appeared in 1997 and can remember watching it religiously and enjoying every moment. Seeing it again now after several years you realise that the humour of the first series was actually rather limited. If you look at the wonderfully twisted way the show has developed since then there really is no comparison. That said there is still plenty to enjoy in this series and it does serve as a fantastic introduction to Stan, Kyle, Kenny and of course, the lovably evil Cartman.

In summary this is an interesting and somewhat entertaining beginning for what has become arguably the best thing on television.

as you may think the first season will be the best and i can assur you it is the moment i started to watch this i felt myself being pulled into the amazing world of south park a great buy!! 5 stars

i loved the 1st series of south park its brilliant it was so funny my friend owns it.
the first episode i saw was pink eye which was one of my favourate it was totaly brilliant and i still love it today.
this is a kick ass season its fantastic and is truely great.
buy this it is the best.
