My little boy is mad about tractors, so it's no surprise that he absolutely loves this DVD. He asks to have it on at least once a day, but mercifully it's an awful lot more educational and less irritating than most programmes aimed at this age-group, with real music and songs that even my 17-month-old can sing along to. It's paced just right for toddlers and is surprisingly informative for older kids (and their parents!). The main thing, as far as my little tractor addict is concerned, is that there's plenty of live action with a variety of real 'actas', as he calls them, which keeps him captivated and is guaranteed to buy me a few minutes' peace! He likes the sheepdog and the horses too, and I like the fact that it takes you through an entire agricultural year and relates the tractors' work to foods he's familiar with, which will provide a valuable lesson when he's a little bit older.
