When Wesley signed up for this movie, he couldn't have known, just how bad it'd turn out. He's always good for action movies, but not this one. I'm no movie buff, just like what I like, just say how it is. Don't rent it if you like Wesley Snipes, action, excellent soundtracks or brilliant acting. This film's got to be the worst rental I've had out in donkeys years. Save yourself, your 90minutes, ice cream and chocolate for a decent movie, 'cause they'd all be wasted on this D movie (if there is a lower rating, I'd use it!I've given it a star, otherwise I couldn't post this review)

Awful awful awful!
Review date: 2007-12-08 Rating: 2 out of 10

OMG ... why did I waste 90 minutes (or whatever it was) of my life watching this 3rd rate budget garbage!

I've always said, 'The English make films, but the Americans make movies!' and this was obviously a low budget English film (filmed in Bosnia, Russia or somewhere else like that to keep the budget lower!) It was like watching Torchwood (although thats much more fun!) meets CSI Hackney and Spooks (the bad episode!)

Where do I start? The setting ... Russia I think, looked nothing like london! The acting ... more wooden than a DIY store (even Mr Snipes looked like he couldn't really be bothered!), the relationship with the girl ... daft, wholly unbelievable, awful acting and why? ... and we didnt really care (tried to be like a Leon but fell 1,000 miles short). The action ... err non, other than armed british police running round kicking in open doors and firing bullets down the street willy nilly (yeah, just what our trained firearms officers do in real life!)

Classic moments:
1. When the English girl in pigtails and school uniform tells snipes how to get to somewhere and says 'its one block away'
2. How Snipes manages to evade 200 armed police on each occasion, even though he cant walk properly due to an earlier accident
3. How the police are searching a block of flats and just kick all the doors in and turn everyones house over then leave without even saying good bye (if they did that to my flat I'd be on Watchdog the next day looking forward to a nice big settlement and a few heads of police firings)
4. Free and easy access to any part of Heathrow Terminal 4 (yeah, just walk through an unlocked door!)
5. The AWFUL English actors pretending to be American CIA

You know what ... I cant even be bothered to think about it anymore! The only reason to get this dire film is if you're thinking 'sure, he has his view, but I may enjoy it' Well, watch it and then write back and say I was right!

Awful awful awful!

Continuity is not the only problem
Review date: 2007-10-27 Rating: 2 out of 10

Communist-era tower blocks masquerade as South London. The designers peppered the streets with English-registered cars, but left cyrillic-alphabet signage in situ. London never looked so grim.

Amongst Welsh phone booths, a Bulgarian train and many other inconsistencies London Heathrow Airport (Terminal 4) was the only place playing itself.

This was a real European tour, but no tour-de-force, with a weak storyline that stretched credulity in ways to many to mention.

Don't waste your time ... I am surprised some of the recognisable actors did.

Not the best.

I found this movie lacking any sort of grit.
Normally you can rely on Wesley Snipes to make some kind
of impact towards a film, however it is sadly lacking in this one.

A quite unbelievable plot towards the end does not help, nor does
the lack of dialogue within the film between the key actors. It just
seems like Mr Snipes didn't really want to do this movie.

Better Than Expected

Well i have just watched this film after reading the reviews thought it would not be worth watching but was bored and decided to. I thoroughly enjoyed every second after watching wesley snipes previous films its not quite the same (less fighting) but was definately worth watching. If i HAD paid attention to the reviews I would have missed out on a good film. GIVE IT A CHANCE!!!!!!!!!!
