Quaint early 60s B film

This film used to be shown occasionally on Channel Five and it got attacked in the Radio Times as a rudiculous thriller. Actually it looks more like a black comedy to me. I rather liked it. At the same time Channel Five showed a film titled "Girl on Approval" with Rachel Roberts which is one of my favourites from the early 1960s. Both these films only last an hour or so. Dilemma is definitely a B film, finely made in black and white, but I think that anyone interested in this period of British cinema should find it an atmospheric and interesting period piece. I think its absurdity is creative. It should be cheaper though. Notes about the actors and writer-director are included.
