This movie has got to be one of my all time favourites. I grew up with this movie buying it on vhs, then dvd. I cannot be more pleased with this version of the film. The picture has bee upscaled brilliantly and the sound quality is brilliant too.
Tom Cruise plays "Maverick", along with Antony Edwards who plays "Goose". Maverick is a hot shot pilot who is chosen to join the "best of the best" in the Top Gun program. This movie is action packed and is just a brilliant watch.
If you are a fan or collector of HD DVD's as they are all now very cheap, I would recommend this movie to anyone. This classic movie from the 1980's will always be one of the best, and would probably be in anyone's top films to "watch before you die" list.
