Having just taken up mixed martial arts for mainly health issues, this DVD does give a good application to make your foes life hell with the pressure points in the arm. Having used them on my own brother, who learned Karate but didn`t know about 3/4 of the techniques. They do hurt for anyone who might think of using them a test subject, my arms are covered in brusies. Once you get the hang of it, it almost becomes 2nd nature. Only downside is that it doesn`t cover anything above the triceps/biceps into the shoulder region, other than that it`s a 5+++

This DVD is a must for all martial artists interested in the use of pressure points. Professor Clarke indentifies 10 pressure points found on the arm and describes clearly and simply where they are and how they can be used in self defence. Once practiced, the methods demonstrated in the DVD are very effective as would be verified by my son who has suffered many hours of my practicing.
