After searching for a DVD that played at a speed and pace that a beginner could work with - I found it in this DVD, it's great and my back is benefiting from the exercises.Thanks to Lynne Robinson.

I bought this dvd following a one hour group lesson. The instructions are clear and easy to follow and at a pace suitable for beginners. The demonstrator uses a band for some exercises,but observer can
select exercises. A good range of exercises and I could feel benefit after first attempt. Only criticism, learner not told how often to do exercises, how many times to repeat exercises or how to build up to maximum. Otherwise enjoyed dvd and would recommend.
