After watching this DVD, I was motivated to read the book because it seemed that the movie touched on something profound yet did not dwell on it. This movie is good as a way of introducing the Insights but one needs to read the book to understand the insights more clearly. The DVD put less emphasis on the insights and more on the adventure, the violence etc, it should have been the other way. If I could remake the film, I certainly would include less of the violent scenes and more of the energy ones.

I guess this is exactly the type of film that provides a crutch for those in need of a point to their sad, pointless lives. Hence the one star.
Life Changing

This film changed my life completely. This is the most uplifting and spiritually engaging film / life director I have had the priviledge of watching.Anyone out there looking for a change of direction in their life could do worse than watch this movie. I couldn't stop grinning like a cheshire cat for a week after watching it.It was like visual prozac !

The acting is awful, film is soft focus for some reason. In a nutshell - a wishy washy, sentimental feast of nothing. 90 minutes of gloop.

the book was better than the dvd but it is still worth listening too, it tells you about energy our energy, how we can take other people energy on i do believe we can, i have also read [the secret] and have the dvd which is ok but again the book is better i bought
[the calling of your true self] all these are worth reading i feel you let it go in more reading all these will help you understand that we are what we think our thoughts are our life ahead,
