good writing, good acting, poor sets

I remember this from when it was shown on TV. the characters and writing is excellent, very funny at times, the only dissapointment is the Christmas special episode which has a different feel and isnt the same Duty free we know from the previous three series.
It would have been nice to have some interviews with the cast or some commentary, no extras included.
