I can only guess that the previous reviewer received a faulty copy since my recently received copy has titles that CAN be switched off. However what the product details don't mention is that the disc was also intended for the Chinese market and that two kinds of chinese subtitles are available. The front cover design also incorporates Chinese!

Re subtitleing.

Unfortunately the Subtitling has no switch off and one can not get it without. To me this spoilt the whole programme. I do happen to have the Tape.
