A great classic collection. Margo, just brilliant. They dont make them like this anymore. I think some of the episdoes are missing, but its a great collection.

I was disappointed that the DVDs do not contain the complete series of Season 1 or 3 - I should have read the reviews more carefully I guess !

If you want all of "The Good Life", don't buy this

"The Good Life" deserves five stars. The three stars are for this compilation, which has only 18 episodes of the first three series (out of 21) and also does not include the 7 episodes of the fourth series or the 2 specials.

It was wonderful to sit and watch this classic British Sitcom from beginning to end and to watch and the Royal special again. If i had to say which programmes where to be time capsuled for the Future this would be one of them....... This is Richard Briars, Felicity Kendell's Penny Keith's and one of Paul Eddingtons Greatist, Long live The Good Life
