amazing anti war film

this is a great anti war film it is a lot harsher than the burmese harp and is about a troop of japanese soldiers in the phillipines during a retreat and theyre collapse and degredation.
ichikawa has made a number of amazinf and often wildly different films but this is one i would recomend without reserve along with the burmese harp.
if your into cinema and have a multiregion player get this if you dont have a multi region player then get one.
