when Leona Lewis won the x factor last year,it was just the start of her journey. This is a great first single from her. the very beautiful 'a moment like this' almost makes me cry. Gershwins 'summer time' is simply stunning, and to complete the CD 'Sorry seems to be the hardest word' Great first effort from a very promising and refreshing young talent.

god this was awful. I admit she has a powerful voice but why did she have to warble all the time. ther is no need for it a simply sung tune is usually far more beautiful than warbling up and down the scale. the song itself is extremely cheesy.

Finally, a good X-Factor winner! Never heard of Steve Brookstein who has probably dissapeared off the earth, and Shayne Ward just screaming like somebody just put five daggersup his nose. You just have to hear Sorry Seems to be the Hardest Word, though that's brilliant! She does sound like Mariah Carey, but with a new twist! Must have!

What an incredible young woman! No obvious signs of inflated ego,yet bursting with talent! Ok,so the song,"Moment Like This" is typical american cheese,but sang like this,it doesn't really matter as the voice takes over.
A better track on this cd is "Summertime" which literally gives me goosebumps every time I play it!
The only other singer at the moment to rival her is ,of course,Xtina,and ,
I believe that,if given the right songs,and not just an album's worth of cover versions,Leona could be a major dominant force in music today.
She may be technically polished,but there is something about her singing that reaches the heart!Great stuff! Bring on the album!
