Another must have exercise DVD
Review date: 2008-02-25 Rating: 10 out of 10
This is another of the best on the market. I like to do this one about every other day (I think of it as my 'easy' day and alternate it with something like Kirsty Gallagher or Nell McAndrew where I really work up a sweat) as I can do this workout, feel I've done some really good work but not have worked up enough of a sweat to need a shower afterwards. The balance of toning and aerobics is very good and the abs section particularly good.

so slow, boring, don't waste your cashReview date: 2007-06-20 Rating: 2 out of 10I am a fitness dvd veteran.. but this really sucks.. The music is incredibly dull and background, the talking cheesy, the workout is easy and I don't know what it is trying to work.
You feel like an idiot doing the dance bit. Go buy Pump It up or Davina instead!!kim ryder firm and burnReview date: 2007-04-19 Rating: 4 out of 10 I rented this dvd as i wanted to get back in shape after the birth of my baby son. Each section is 10 mins long which suited me. I found that they didnt carry out a proper cool down especially for the arms and legs. Also the pillow box and the just abs is based on you having a partner and they only worked on either one side of the waist and one leg never both. The music isnt up to much so i have added my own music. I find myself doing it without the dvd as it is easy to remember and the moves are not complicated. A good workout but DVD needs some tweakingReview date: 2007-02-21 Rating: 8 out of 10A good workout, but I want to know how I can keep my hair and (not so heavy) eye make up in place like Kim. She didn't have a hair out of place - not a good ad for a 'work out'.
Paul may be an ex rugy player and a physio, but is he a personal trainer? When doing squats Kim had her knees over her feet, I've always been told that I should see my toes when doing squats, otherwise injuries can occur.
Where were the stretches for arms? There was quite a lot of arm excercises (in fact a hell of a lot) but no stretches. Those new to keep fit wouldn't know to do these - a very important point missed here. As I say it needs tweaking, and it's not for those new to keeping fit or to aerobics as excercises are not explained properly, the rate is fast, and some positions are wrong. I skipped the 'exclusive interview' and I thought we'd be given more foot tips.First TimerReview date: 2007-01-23 Rating: 8 out of 10I've just done this workout for the first time and oh, my, god!!! I was sweating after the Warm Up!!! As it was my first time I just did the Fat burning and Sofa Tone Sections and that was enough for me.
Some good advice in amongst the workout but at times not as informative as I would have liked, certain exercises weren't explained so you were unable to start doing them until a full rep had been done and others were hard to follow as you had to lie on the floor to do them, admittedly I was doing it in my bedroom and was behind the bed but even so it would be hard to keep the same pace as you would need to watch the exercise first.
Don't get me wrong I'm sure that once you know what you're doing it will be easier to follow and I'm sure I'll get there but for now I'm going with 4 stars as it's a great workout with some difficulties... But I'd definitely recommend it!
