How can anyone give this such a low rating?!!! This is the real bean, not the animated series. It's well worth watching and surely deserves 5 stars.

I am writing this review based on viewing the content of a rental version of "Mr Bean Vol 4" from Amazon.
I was disappointed to find that this DVD was a set of cartoons, with the voice of Rowan Atkinson. I was disappointed with this as there was no mention of this being an animated version. "Do It Yourself, Mr Bean" was particularly lame.
If you like cartoons, rent it and make your own mind up. However, if you prefer the "real" Mr.Bean, be careful what you select when renting from Amazon as you may not get what you expect.
