Growing up as an 80's teen, I remember this TV series as very cutting edge of it's time. The storylines that David Kelly wrote were excellent. No other TV series was talking about the subjects that he talked about. Aids, religion, gay rights, morality, I am sure the network would be concerned every week when the released a new story. And the characters and actors that play them were also hero's any many eyes. I remember having a crush on Kenny the Italian deputy and also admiring the daughter played by my favorite actress Holly Marie Combs. Please get this DVD, it will remeind you of days gone by and subjects that the US may have placed on the back burner because of other more timely subjects. The only thing missing from this DVD is more special features from the actors and actresses that starred in these amazing roles. BUt hopefully more features will come with each season released.
