I have really struggled to lose my baby weight but found by doing this DVD 4 mornings a week I lost 2 stone in 2 and a half months.
I followed a healthy eating plan and cut down on bread, sugar and alcohol.
This DVD is fantastic and my only small complaint is that I do not find the belly shrinker section hard enough. Otherwise, this DVD has changed my shape and my life.

Bulk building - after doing this dvd for several weeks, I actually put on weight and a lot of bulky muscle. There is not an adequate cooling down/stretching session to counter-balance the effects of the constant kick-boxing moves. Constant jumping through-out which puts pressure on your ankle and knee joints with aggressive punching which builds bulk on the upper arms and shoulders. This is not a dvd designed to create a feminine silhouette!!

I had high hopes for this dvd, but sadly feel a little let down by it. I did my research, read a lot of reviews and had high hopes; after all, when you see the before and after pictures of Vicky, one can't help but think 'Wow!'
It has a promising start, Vicky is positive, looks amazing and isn't the least bit annoying with her preamble. The instructor comes across as friendly and enthusiastic. So far so good.
The trouble hit I suppose with my total lack of coordination. I could cope with the jumping on the spot, could even jump from side to side, but after that, forget it! The instructions were far from clear and half the time I didn't know if I was suppose to be starting on my left or right leg and their demonstrations were unclear and the camera kept jumping around like a toddler at a tea party eating e numbers!
Vicky kept assuring me that 'this will hurt tomorrow!' but all I feel the day after is an aching back, which is indicative of doing exercise badly.
On the plus side, the music was ok, the instuctor was jolly and Vicky does look amazing. The workout wasn't hard and after an hour I felt like saying, 'Is that it?' I had a glow about me, but hardly broke into a sweat.
My advice, stick with Davina Power of Three. Now there's a workout dvd! After Davina, it really does take me a week before I stop hurting.

This dvd is great its simple to follow and gives your body a great work. I was shattered after doing this dvd for the first time and ached the day after but I stuck with it as its fun to do Richard Callender really spurs you on to keep going and makes lots of funny comment throughout the dvd which never seem to get boring. His wonderful smile has made me keep on putting the dvd on and working out. Vicky is nice too offering works of encourgement to keep you going. I love this DVD I can not recommend it highly enough. I have lost 2 and half stone so far and I'm still losing and have had to buy a whole new waredrobe. I've gone from XXL to M in my uniform and from a size 22 to 14. I've been on a low cal low fat diet combined with the DVD and seen amazing results in less than 5 months.
If you plan to only buy one exerise dvd this year make sure its this one I tired others for varity but none are nearly as good as the Wow weight off work out.
