The Worst Disaster Movie I've Had To Watch

Being a huge fan of disaster films I bought 12 region 1 disaster movies and had them shipped over as you can't get them over here. Without doubt this one was the absolute worst of the lot. Sometimes a film is so bad its good but this actually goes back round to bad again. The male lead is good enough but the acting of the lead female is laughable, the injuries that people get raise your eyes to the heavens (saveloy's = intestines) and there are so many continuity problems I don't know where to begin.
The effects are so few and far between that when they come you already expect the MS paint effects that seemed to be used. Then the worst part is that the disaster doesn't actually happen anyway and its all over?!
I was dumbfounded that I'd sat through 90 minutes of trash for no reward and that's what makes it hurt all the more.
Avoid. Avoid Avoid!

Unutterably bad and unforgivably dull lava flick that spends 91 minutes doing, well, not very much at all. The plodding plot involves a rogue energy genius (Michael Ironside on bad guy default setting) and some panto-villain type from the mayor's office, setting off a string of events which lead to an eruption under the big apple. Awful effects, way too much set-up and no set pieces to speak of render this a whole lot of volcanic panic best avoided. Life is just too short.
