This is a brilliant prime suspect. All the acting is flawless, and the plot is really good! Helen Mirren totally shines!! Worth watching..

Sad, shocking, bold and brilliant

Would of got 5 stars had it not been so long, 3 hrs and 15 minutes. This said, it is very good.
Without spoiling the plot, this film go's where others did not dare to at the time. As always in this series the plot is based around murders, but are the Muslims, the Serbs or the British Secret Service to blame ??
The film has its sad and tragic moments. On one or two occasions when you feel the film is drifting from the point, something very dramatic pulls it back on course. Probably the best of the Prime Suspect trilogy, with Helen Mirren outstanding again.
In some of these films the culprit(s), are fairly obvious, and in others not. See how long it takes you to untangle this one!!
