I thought I had watched some bad films in my life,but then I saw this.|Please do not waste your money its awful,not very good porn described as art should be taken off Amazons list.

Oh my, this was so boring I kept nodding off. Avoid this at all costs. It's pretentious trash. Thank God for the fast-forward button on the remote.
Hardcore art

I would imagine Destricted as a loop in an exhibition in an art gallery, with a guard outside on the look-out for under 18s (probably this is what it was, actually.)
This DVD contains seven different art shorts regarding sex/porn. My favourite of these is Matthew Barney's Hoist, which would truly rival Eraserhead in the surreal stakes.
My only criticism of the DVD is that it only mentions the names of the artists, not the names of the films in the menu!
If you're interested in the sexual side of art, buy this. Prepare to be stimulated and disgusted, at the same time, in equal measures, by Destricted.
Avoid, then forget.

Humourless, witless avant garde tripe with none of the merits of modern art OR porn, but with all the worst features of both. About as daring as saying 'f***' in front of your mum, and about as artistically stimulating as painting by numbers. Avoid, then forget.

This movie is a first for me - the first time I've seen a movie totally devoid of merit of any kind (and, boy, have I seen some avant-garde cinematic ordure in my time!) It's a compendium of shorts that are weird, witless and worst of all - given the explicit content - excrutiatingly boring. I've given it one star because Amazon doesn't allow none. If you must, rent the movie but don't say I didn't warn you.
