I would not recommend this DVD for any level of salsa dancer. It does not use the recognised way of counting salsa over 8 beats (123.567.), instead it counts over 16 just calling out 4 beats(1...2...3...4...) There is no breakdown or instruction as to how to do the steps or the leads, just footage of the dancing and then left for you to work out what is being done and try to copy. However if you like scantilly clad women dancing on the beach this could be for you! It is also very short - just 22 minutes
