First let me say that this is the first DVD of its kind that I have bought, therefore I may have been expecting slightly more from it than is advisable from a cheap porn DVD! (In fact, if it hadn't arrived shrink wrapped and from Amazon, I would have been convinced it was a cheap knock-off amateur production).
The plot was surreal - told in sort of dream-like snatches, and I didn't really follow what little of it that there was! There was weird electric type music through-out, and the American dialogue seemed almost childish.
Although I wanted a male domination film, there seem to be few around for women! Therefore, after many fruitless searches, I was drawn to this for its claim of being '... sadomasochistic erotica that treats SM the way nature intended - on all fours howling like a stuck pig' - unfortunately this was not the case.
Furthermore, I would object to its classification as an S&M film for its poor reflection of the subject matter. - The whole film was about one man's obsession, and the ending was very unsettling in light of this (which was quite unexpected for something which you presume is supposed to turn you on!)
The film includes a bit of everything dark (blood, blades, guns) and quite a lot of humiliation (i.e. feminisation, verbal abuse).
Mid-way through the main character visits a dungeon, but I found that the list of possible things which he wanted to happen to him was far hotter than anything that did! (And even the things that were 'shown' you didn't see much of - just lots of bump and grind!)
That said, there were a few nice bits, like a cute girl bound with a pink ball gag in her mouth, (which was then mysteriously removed by the time the guy took her!) a girl who was elaborately bound (although only being lightly whipped) and a collared lass being handed by her leash from one guy to another (although her hunt for an 'owner' was cringe-worthy!)
Personally, I found that it was too tame (my imagination would have been far better!) even though some parts (such as being spat on, or talk of swallowing defecation) went beyond in terms of what I would consider sexy!
And as for living up to being 'sadomasochistic erotica that treats SM the way nature intended ...' it really did not! And the main character was never in actual fact properly dominated! Which, although not a problem for me, (as I prefer female submissives - I can relate to them!!) others may find it a bit of a cop out!
All in all, I would advise people to steer clear of this DVD as I reckon that it would offend those in the scene, and not be of interest to those outside of it. (Although I have yet to find a better alternative ... but then, Amazon is not likely to be the place to find hard-core stuff!)
Therefore if you are considering making this purchase, I would instead recommend fueling your imagination with SM books such as those of the fantastic Nexus range (I know that's where I am headed back to!)
