I bought the Vinyl when it first came out, then the CD,and now the DVD. I had forgotten how brilliant the show was, What a stunning hour it was, I encourage anyone who likes to see a star perform in concert to order this NOW, you will not be disappointed, Liza at this time in her life was as artistic as her mother,and deserves the ultimate accolade of a living legend. FABULOUS!!!!

I have allways been a Liza fan ever since I was her in the film Cabaret, then I was lucky enough to see her live in 1987, she was the best performer I have ever seen, and this DVD is a must for all other fans like myself. Liza with the Bob Fosse touch in this DVD is just sensational. All the songs are great, in particular "I Gotcher" "Bye Bye Blackbird" and the terrific "Cabaret" medley. Get this fantastic DVD you will not regret it.

Even for someone familiar with her work like me this show let me breathless. Here's Liza in the year she showed the world she was more than Judy Garland's daughter. A star in her own terms, somebody at her peak, before the "pills and liqueurs" and the gay husbands. The combination of songs by Kender & Ebb, the coreography by Bob Fosse who found in her the perfect artistic partner make this show unique and unmissable.

Well I guess my title shows I'm a fan of Liza but really if you have any interest in her of just musical theatre in general this DVD is a must. The sheer talent and star quality of this woman aged just 26 is astounding. I can't think of anyone today of the same age who comes close. Her voice is probably at its peak (check out songs like You've Let Yourself Go)and the Fosse routines sheer brilliance.
Also, you get tonnes of really great extras including a better than I expected bio-film. The extras that include Liza today are a bit cheesy but all in all a great Liza fest.
