It's showgirls with only one of them...
Review date: 2008-11-08 Rating: 2 out of 10
There's not much to say about this film apart from it's truly awful and Danny Cipriani (Wasps stand-off and currently best Rugby Union player in England (2008) and "going out" with the female lead) is a lucky man - as long as he doesn't have to watch Kelly Brook acting.
Not that she's worse than the other "characters". It's a no star film with 2-d acting. If you want to see Kelly Brook's most famous assets then buy it as that's all there is - if you want to see a film with a plot, characters and any degree of finesse look elsewhere.
To be fair, the famous assets are tip-top (!) but no matter how cheap the DVD is it won't be cheap enough.

Don't Watch with MotherReview date: 2007-12-19 Rating: 8 out of 10i don't quite know how anyone could review this film harshly. where have they been? Kelly Brook probably wouldn't say acting is yet her strongest hand but she's every bit as good as some highly rated actors (esp Stateside) who really aren't there yet either.
so, no problems there. the story is a tad contrived, yes, but so was The Shawshank Redemption's. but what you get extra here are some tasteful glamour sequences of one of the most attractive women ever. there are also some lovely visual passages and scenery.
i don't quite know what other motivation a viewer would have to watch this film unless they didn't know who Kelly Brook was and were expecting a classic like Blue Lagoon or an epic like the 1963 version of Lord of the Flies.
i think this is a much more honest film than the very many that insinuate erotica into the story when the erotic charaters have nothing of the allure and energy of KB and aren't as generous in their expression.
give the film a break!I'M SURE I SAW ZORRO ON THE BEACH!!!!!!!!!Review date: 2007-09-07 Rating: 2 out of 10This film was so poor I don't know where to start really let's start with the front cover on the DVD. If I am not mistaken it says KELLY FINALLY BARES ALL IN THIS EROTIC THRILLER. First of all she did not bare all a few topless shots and her running into the sea showing her behind. Secondly it was not Erotic in anyway there were a couple of love scenes that were what most of us have seen in films that are not called Erotic. This was clearly put on the front cover of the DVD to get people to buy it because it lacked in some many ways. The camerawork, cutting, and acting were awful. As for the storyline there wasn't one the ending you could see coming a mile off. There were so many flaws in the film it was laughable the two that stick in mind were Kelly runs into the sea naked then runs out with her bottoms on, the best was Billy gets washed up having spent two days at sea then the next minute he is sat there with a dry fag and then later in the film a cigar he must of had them in some kind of water proof bag. Bottom line this is a very poor please do not waste money buying this or even renting it you have been warned.Guess what the two stars are for?Review date: 2007-09-07 Rating: 4 out of 10Lets not kid ourselves about this one, shall we? No one is here for the story in Three, or to see talented and interesting film makers wow us with a display of craftsmanship and technique. No. All of us renting or buying this erotic thriller are united in our slightly grubby desire to see Kelly Brook in an entirely garment free state.
Shame on us. Shame on us all.
Still, a word on the story is probably appropriate in a review, so here goes: After a boating accident that is possibly the result of voodoo (stay with me here), Ms Brook finds herself washed up on a desert island with her insecure husband Jack (Billy Zane) and Manuel the hunky cabin boy. Manuel's not blind and our Kelly is clad only in a tiny bikini, so you can guess what he's got his eye on, and Jack doesn't take too kindly to Manuel's attentions at all. Ructions, for obvious reasons, ensue.
The problem with this one, as is often the case in these low budget affairs, is you just don't care about any of the characters. In fact, you'd be hard pressed not to hate them all. Jack is a paranoid jerk, Manuel has a predatory disrespect for the institution of marriage, and Kelly's first order of business as a castaway is to flirt up a storm with Manuel and then get all annoyed when Jack doesn't like it. If anyone ever deserved to stay lost on a remote island with no chance of rescue, it's these three.
As to the film's unique selling point (don't pretend you don't know what I mean), I can confirm it is present and correct, although not to the extent you're probably hoping. The Three of the title could easily refer to Page Three, which is the level of disrobement on offer here. Yes, Ms Brook is blessed with a beautiful form, but a couple of peeks (pun intended) is all you're going to get, guys.
In conclusion, I'd say you're best off giving this one a miss. The film itself is boring and annoying, you'll likely be wishing you could travel to the island yourself just so you can axe murder the lot of them, and it doesn't even deliver fully on the promised lack of attire. Serves me right for being shallow, I suppose. I can only hope anyone reading this review doesn't make the same mistake. Or maybe get Showgirls instead. At least that one is funny.Really Enjoyed this Film.Review date: 2007-08-27 Rating: 10 out of 10I Watched this Today, I Thought it was Really Good!Ive Always Liked the Stranded on an Island theme, even as a Kid.
