This show was well established by the time this 4th series went out which is what probably saved it from the axe.At the end of the 3rd series both Michelle Holmes(Yvonne) and Dervla Kirwan(phoebe)left the series to do other things most notably Dervlas' role in Ballykissangel 1996-1998 for 3 series.
They were replaced by Emma Amos as Yvonne and Elizabeth Carling(now in Casualty)as phoebe.liz carling settled in better than emma amos.Emmas performance was a bit air-head when the character of Yvonne had always come across as strong and intelligent.now she was changed into a self obbsessed bimbo and she got worse in series 5 and 6.though by that time you had got used to it.Phoebes character wasnt quite as dramatically changed but it was hard to accept Liz Carling in the role at first.but she did settle down and made the role her own in series 5 and 6.the stories in this series are pretty much the same though i think it was the worst out of the 6 series.but still enjoyable.it does pain me to only give it a 3 but it doesnt deserve a higher mark.series 5 however........
