I have to say, when I watched the first episode,I decided it was rather boring, but I persevered and now actually rather enjoy it. It's a lot subtler than Most Haunted, less theatrics. The price isn't great for just 3 episodes, but in general, I think it's a grower!

Be prepared for a scare

It is very difficult to imagine that anyone hasn't heard the name Derek Acorrah, but if you haven't then believe me he will entertain you. This dvd isn't the best value for money, only 3 episodes and I have to say Ghost towns isn't on the same parr as most haunted, but if you want your skepticism severely challenged and your game for a laugh then prepare for an entertaining few hours with this dvd. Derek is at his absolute best here whether he be communicating with the spirits of the dead or just a very good actor it is well worth a few hours of your time. Remember your sofa was not made for hiding behind-but may come in useful!
For Derek Acorah Fans, This Is A Must See

Ghost Towns is a must see for all Derek fans. It is Derek at his best, one on one interaction with real people. There are few hysterics, Angus and Dannellia's reactions to what happens is typical of the way a normal person would react. I actually found it facinating to finally get to see some pheonomon, the lamps moving at the Shipwight Arms, the mirror moving at the shopping mall and Derek's channeling of Edward at the brewery was fantastic. The door step divinations are very spot on. This show has a relaxed conversational style which allows Derek's personality to shine. I highly recommend the DVD to everyone.

the service & delivery from amazon was exceptionally good, very pleased. but on the on line description it says that all seven episodes are on this DVD when in fact there are only the first three. this is why I'm returning this item as it's of no use as i particularly wanted the Blackpool episode. I don't think its worth the money for only part of a series. it may be worth checking this and amending your description.
