ludicrous but funny in parts

This film is another ludicrous film starring the two Wayans Brothers 'Shawn and Marlon' who have a habit of churning out moderately funny films. The title is fantastic but the film fails to live up to it's humorous title. Why does Kenan Ivory Wayans love popping up in his films? He is the least funny of the brothers but i understand that he is the man behind the cameras directing, writing and/or producing. The very unfunny Kim Wayans also makes an appearance as i believe so do a couple of other Wayans brothers.
If you want to see a funny Wayans brothers film watch 'White chicks' or 'Mo money' which isn't that funny but is a really good film. Also try to get hold of the old 'In Living colour' dvds.
Damon Wayans is the only really talented and funny member of that funny, his show 'My Wife and kids' on the Trouble channel is fantastic.

This is a highly understated comedy film. It has to be one of the funniest comedies I have seen, taking a humorous view of life in the 'hood' it is a spoof of the dramas such as 'Boys in the hood' and you may find it to be similar to the 'Friday' series starring Ice Cube (but funnier!). The famously funny Wayans brothers star in this film as Ash Tray and Loc Dog, both trying to work their way out of the hood. But whilst doing this they come across many extraordinary characters, 'Toothpick' a hardened regular jail goer (who is confused about his sexuality), Grandma who rides in LoLo's, breakdances and fights with Ash Tray, and also a women with seven kids. Overall a very silly film, which is very funny, but funnier if you have seen the films it is making a spoof of.
