I really like this dvd. The cover is abit naff but don't let that put you off. There are some great moves and the instructor Andy Instone is a real motivator. I originally ordered this at the same time as the Pineapple every body dance dvd and this one is better by far and cheaper too. I actually quite like the soundtrack, it wont date like workouts using popular tunes of the moment. It is a challenge but surely that's the point of a dance style workout.

DO NOT BUY!!!Review date: 2008-01-13 Rating: 4 out of 10i bought this dvd wanting to have fun with dancing and to get fit,but was extremely disappointed! the music is a basic beat (not catchy or motivating) and the dancing is repetitive, fast, not well explained and not dancing you would want to be seen doing even at home!!! Excellent Dance Workout!!!Review date: 2008-01-11 Rating: 8 out of 10After reading some of the reviews for this dvd, when i actually got it i was pleasantly surprised to notice how fun it is, and it keeps you entertained throughout the whole workout. I think some people might find it a bit too difficult, because it is extremely fast paced, but if you like a challenge, and a good fun workout, this is definitely the one for you. The reason i gave it 4 stars rather than 5 was because some of the moves are a little too complicated and there is no proper music(i.e written by popular artists etc).
Other than it being a little fast, it is a really fun dvd, keeps you entertained, is very challenging and after it you feel more flexible and active and it feels as if it really works your body, although you may need to do some more stretches after the dvd, as the cool down is initially the same as the warm up but in slow motion. Great movesReview date: 2007-09-13 Rating: 8 out of 10Having read the reviews for this DVD i decided against buying it. Instead i bought Phat Moves which is quite pricey but had excellent reviews and i can see why, 'cause its a brilliant DVD. On re-reading this review however i saw that Andy Instone, the presenter on Phat Moves, also did this one! I immediately ordered this Dvd and have really enjoyed using it. CD:UK dance workout and Phat Moves are very similar so i don't understand why the reviews for this DVD aren't as enthusiastic as they are for Phat Moves. Its a very good workout and the moves are fantastic! True, they don't have any songs and occasionally they do move a little too fast which is why i didn't give it 5 stars but i quite liked the music they use. I do both dance DVDs and fitness ones like Tae Bo and Nell McAndrew, and although this DVD wasn't as difficult as those, it was still a very challenging workout! As for the price, i think it's a bargain! Give it a go if you like dancing for fitness and dancing in generalCd:uk NON dance workoutReview date: 2007-07-28 Rating: 2 out of 10I found this dance workout dvd very disappointing indeed!having purchased other workout dvd's like pump it up ( amazing) i had high standards! i found it boring, and the music very unmotivatiing indeed.. so much so i actually turned off the plinky plonky noise and put on my own dance compliation and just tried to follow the moves on screen! the incessant talking is also off putting. it simply failed to give me what i was looking for in a dance workout!
