Purchased Hide & Seek for my gorgeous niece Cara - aged 4, who loves watching Max & Ruby on nick jr and she has not stopped watching the dvd since. She is glued to Max & Ruby and watches it from start to finish, her mum says its the best present ever - obviously because theres not a sound from Cara the whole time its on. I know children can watch too much TV but this DVD does have an educational side to it! My only problem is can anyone help with where I can get other Max & Ruby DVD's which are compatible with the UK - all other dvd's are Region 1 for the states!

Great show for children!

My 3 year old daughter has her eyes glued to the screen for half an hour every time she watches Max & Ruby. And its not just her. I know some of the kids around our neighbourhood that also like watching the Max & Ruby shows too. I find myself watching the show along with her whenever I'm free. For some reason, the show is pretty captivating. Kids just love it. If you have Nick JR. on your satellite or cable TV subscription, you can catch one episode of Max & Ruby everyday at 7.30 p.m.
Unfortunately for us, my daughter doesn't always get to watch TV at that time. I am getting my daughter this DVD for her coming birthday so she can watch it whenever she wants!
