Scary in the dark
Review date: 2008-11-05 Rating: 8 out of 10
I seem to be in the minority here saying i thought this film was quite scary. Saying that though i did watch it by myself at like two in the mornin and dun-dun-dun in the dark.
Having been to the London underground and having seen how dark the tunnels are i thought this film was very scary.
There was a point where i had to change the channel because i couldnt watch the screen during a certain experimentation scene.
I would say however that the main character (herion) can be very annoying at times as she does have alot of oppertunities to kill the "baddie" but saying that i doubt your brain works logically when being persued by a monster.
The actor who portrayed the "baddie" did a very good job of making him very creepy.

Dark and unsettling, but full of artReview date: 2008-09-24 Rating: 10 out of 10This is one of the few modern horror films that provides the art that horror films are supposed to justify themselves with. It is dark and unsettling, and being set in a sewer, it is a little tasteless as well, but the visual imagery is impressive and imaginative. It features Ken Campbell so it is bound to have some merit. The only fault is the pop-up bloody-nosed man (woman?) bit at the end of the opening section, which spoils the power created at this point and creates the false impression that what you are about to see is going to be inept. I've watched this film many times and I like it very much. Definitely one to keep. load of guffReview date: 2008-09-17 Rating: 2 out of 10It's been a few years since i saw this flick but i always remember watching crap films. Thus i'll always remember creep. First off it's a tragic waste of talent with Franka Potente as the main lead. For such a talented actress she has nothing to work with here and just plays the stereotypical female who screams and runs. That's the first strike. Strike two is the supporting cast and the monster itself. Both are very poor and irritating/unoriginal. The third and final strike is that the film is very, very poor. Is it any wonder that you can buy this for 4p? A better film of a similar theme from the 1970's (Deathline) with Donald Plesance and Christopher Lee is worth a look but this certainly ain't.Great British HorrorReview date: 2008-08-23 Rating: 10 out of 10After reading all the negative reviews of 'Creep' I bought it anyway and I have to say that I really enjoyed it.
After leaving a party and being unable to get a taxi Kate (Franka Portente) goes to Charing Cross station. After falling asleep, she wakes up to find the station locked up for the night. After panicking a train pulls in and she boards the train, feeling relieved but then the train grinds to a halt and she is chased through the underground by a monster all night long.
I'll admit that the storyline is pretty stupid, how can you get locked in a station?! But if you overlook that and like gore by the bucketload, Creep is for you.If you go down to the tube today, you're in for a gory suprise...Review date: 2008-06-24 Rating: 8 out of 10I've seen this type of film pretty much in every country, every one has their own stories about people going missing off of trains and stuff or off of the sub way ... but this honestly is fantastic a film. The film is based around a woman who gets locked into a sub way station after falling asleep and has to fight to survive against what seems to be some throw back from an experiment to do with raising kids and genetics.
The film is intense, keeps you guessing what is coming next and has alot of scares ... some you expect...some you don't... over all it is well thought up and the acting is actually really good considering some of the actors in it.
