Gets you into aerobics alright

I am not a fan of aerobics. Tried it twice or thrice in my life and never managed to get into the rythm and quitted soon after. Nonetheless, I enjoy other sports and I am in quite good physical shape.

The DVD - first of the series - is quite good and it is no more than what it advertises: good workout, a bit difficult in the beginning, but the more you practice, the easier it is. At start, was completely lost with all the fast moves, but two or three more practice sessions and I was quite good at it and enjoyed it.

And as of strip, well, it has some interesting moves, but it essentially gets you in shape and puts some extra attitude on top of yours. Do not expect miracles, it will all depend on how you see it. However, got my husband a bit "itchy" with all my training :) and this was some fun effect!

Ah, important, the DVD is quite short - about 30 minutes - and you will find yourself after two or three weeks practice with some space and need for the second one, as you get easily bored to practice the same two dances + warm up.

Finally a workout that is useful, fun, relatively easy and very encouraging...!!! If you don't put much into this then it's true, it's not a good workout...but if you really put yourself into it and get into the spirit it does make your heart pump and you will feel it!!

If you want to have fun and pick up some sexy moves to show off to your partner then this is for you. If you want to shape up - forget it. I didn't even break a mild sweat. If you want a proper workout go for one of the Nell McAndrew collection as they're much more challenging.

I'd heard mixed reviews on this workout, so was sceptical when I purchased the dvd. Firstly the menu is excellent, you can play all of the routines after another, or you can choose between them. The warm up is brilliant, you certainly feel the benefits of a good stretch.

She not only goes through the warm up slowly, step by step, but when you've got used to the moves you can skip to a faster paced warm up.

From there on it's just great fun.

If you were never born with co-ordination like me, haha, you'll still find this fun. She goes through every move slowly with plenty of description. So by the time she's moved onto the next move you've got the hang of the first.

Great sexy moves that can easily be mixed up with others. Doesn't leave you out of breathe but you certainly warm up and maybe even break a little sweat.

If you think that it sounds a little too easy, be warned, you CERTAINLY feel it in the days to follow, especially the hips.

i`ve got this and its slow and the routines made me laugh instead of feeling sexy!for a similar striptease dvd thats british, less cheesy with a fab soundtrack (celise milkshake for eg) and really sexy moves that make you feel all woman try "get yourself fit to strip". theres even a section on learning to pole dance! if there was a sequal to this one i`d have it like a shot. carmens is slow and far too simplistic i`m afraid and tame in raunchiness, compared to the brit version.sorry its not a good review but i feel everyone should know the truth.
