Despite having some ballroom, disco and ballet training I found this hard to follow once it gets onto the more intense workout. The cameraman goes crazy once it gets onto the routine. They show you twice slowly and then switch camera angles to show the top half of Nadia which is useless when you're trying to learn the lower body movements, and then various shots of the guys. I tried it twice and gave up: this one's going in the charity bag.
Nadia can't dance, and is actually rather irritating in this. The safety advice tell you to wear flat shoes, yet she is wearing a pair of high stilettoes. I feel her presence is more for voyeurism - people that want to see a post-op transsexual wearing a mini dress with low cleavage.

This DVD is appauling. If like me you bought it out of curiosity/add to your bulging dvd collection or mainly because it was cheap then i would still urge you DON'T BOTHER. If you must buy a cheap dvd then buy the Jordan one or anything but this drivel. I bought the Jade Dance Workout and it was even better. I would stick my neck out and say this is the most ridiculous exercise DVD out there.
I am currently doing 6 exercise dvd's on a rotational basis. I intended to add this to it but gave up after two viewings. One reviewer says this DVD breaks a sweat? Ya wa? Rigghtt.... It's cringeworthy. The coloured dancer laughs constantly AT Nadia but tries to hide it. It's like the whole thing is some big farce. The main instructor is kinda irritating? His voice goes through my head. And a 'one and a two'....then in next breath he says 'and a one and a three'? Ahhhhh shut up. He knows his stuff but dosen't explain it well and the moves are boring and not strenuous enough for an exercise DVD. You WILL not get a workout! It is like an hour wasted. Nadia herself just looks plain silly but tries to be sexy. I could have forgiven this if the exercises were decent but they are not. If you want a latin dancing dvd look elsewhere.

its quite a good dvd nice that he counts u in to the steps. porr nadia i think they should have taught her the moves before she dad the tape lucky u dont have to follow her!! but other thatn that not bad x x

this was a bargain!!! and i have to say its become very addictive really works your waist i have used this for over a month now and have gone down a jeans size, the guys are really great to watch, poor nadia is really just in the background but also great to watch especially trying to exercise in her heels i have to force myself as i work long hours to do this but always feel great at the end of it, there are different sections so u can do just warm up if u just wish, music great and moves easy to master i have a few fitness dvds and wanted a change just glad i have this one, give it a go!!!

I have to admit that I was a bit sceptical about buying this DVD at first but I got it for an absolute bargain at 10p (excluding p&p of course) so decided to give it a go.

Nadia really doesn't have a clue, tottering around in heels... bless her, but I have to say that I really quite enjoyed the workout (in my trainers!!). Some of the foot work took a bit of getting used to but I wouldn't let this put you off. I worked up a sweat and could feel all the hip shaking working my mid section. It isn't quite as challenging as some of my other workout DVDs i.e. Davina McCall's Power of 3 or Pump It Up Complete Dance Workout, but the fun dance element will certainly make it one of my top five workouts.
