Volume 4 continues the adventures of the Care Bears family as they battle against the evil No Heart, his bumbling partner Mr. Beastly and his niece Shreeky. As you expect this cartoon is aimed at very young children but this show didn't harm me too much but some older people may find it rather sugary in places but overall it's harmless fluff that is likely to keep very young kids amused.
