My boys (2 and 3) love tractor tom. They re-enact the whole stories all day long while playing. (unfortunately that can mean throwing things up trees, and getting stuck on the "roof"!!).
They, and I, prefer the talking tractor tom. We were all very disappointed when we watched one of the first episodes, and they don't talk, just chug and splutter! Thank goodness they changed it.
The animation is brilliant, and we love the voices too.
Every little boy over the age of 2 will love this.

5 Brand new Tractor Tom episodes based on the popular tv series. This includes live action footage on a real farm plus Tom's introduction to Springhill Farm.
This dvd is based on the latest series where Tractor Tom and the other vehicles actually talk to each other (children's voices) as opposed to the earlier series where Tom & friends just chugs and splutters!!!
(Just thought I'd mention this as my son actually prefers the other series - for some reason he doesn't like to hear the vehicles talking - but each to his/her own!). Hope this helps.
