As someone who used to watch these episodes of Mork and Mindy on T.V.
can I thank (with all my heart) the angels who have released the entire first season on DVD.
I have waited almost 25 years for this release - Pure GENIUS.
Please Please Please someone tell the studios to release ALL the other seasons as well since this first season was released in 2004 (3 years back!).
Please Please Please someone with know how Please ask Paramount/Universal to release Seasons 2/3/4 etc on DVD SHORTLY.
I await the same with great pleasure.

This has got to be the best comedy I've ever seen!
I seriously enjoyed watching this.
My dad was on about this for ages!He has no sense of humour, and it was made ages ago, so I didn't think It WOULD BE FUNNY!
My dad bought it, and I couldn't stop laughing! Each episode has a meaning, showing what aliens think of how we live. The alien Mork is sent to investigate earthlings, and makes hilarious mistakes on the way!
I recommend this!

As someone who loved the show when it was first aired on TV and who had the good fortune to meet Robin Williams in those days and see him perform on a small stage, long before he became a superstar, it is very satisfying to see his early TV work in good quality (better than my old tapes, of course) on DVD, proving that even at that early stage of his career he possessed the same talents that made him famous. For those who have never watched this show or those who forgot: You'll find many of his movie roles foreshadowed in his hilarious improvisations that turned this (admittedly mediocre) comedy concept (basically the same as ALF later on) into one of the best shows on TV at the time. Even Mork & Mindy was unable to keep up the quality, and later seasons never matched the earlier ones, but Season 1 is definitely a DVD set worth getting. It would have been fun, though, to get some bonus material (à la Seinfeld). Did anybody ask Robin for some comments? I hope he is not ashamed of his early work, because there is no need to. And on a personal note, I am very happy that my daughter finds it just as funny as I did 20 years ago. That's all for today - na-nu na-nu!
