Rutger Huer teams up with Mimi Rogers in this violent sci-fi thriller as two escaped convicts linked by electronic collars that explode if they are more than a hundred yards apart. The action is kept up at a fast pace and the two principle characters bounce off each other nicely: 'Can I be frank with you? You couldn't turn me on if I had a switch!'. An old favourite on video (released in a double pack with another Huer favourite, Split Second) this early nineties sleeper is long overdue a DVD release. Print is clean and much better than the video release but unfortunately for fans no special features to speak of.
