Apart from a great yoga session which suits absolutely everybody, this dvd was beautifully shot and is a great dvd just to sit and watch as it will instantly make you relax and feel calmer!

This dvd is fantastic.I am recovering from illness and found this to be achievable,empowering,revitalising,a good pace to follow,lovely music,great scenery,relaxing but most of all enjoyable.good work leah!!
Calling all beginners

I love this DVD. I've just had my second baby and never done any yoga before. I am now doing this 3 times a week and loving it. I guess this is not for anyone with experience really as I can cope as someone with no fitness whatsoever! If however, you are searching for a starting point then look no further. I can just about manage it all and it leaves me with a slight ache next day showing it is doing its job.
A very gentle routine, suitable for everyone

This dvd contains a very gentle routine, that is best suited to absolute beginners who have never practised yoga.
The music and settings are good. The mix of postures is good. Leah's voice is clear, soft and gentle; very nice to listen to.
The instructions are also good, Leah always makes it clear when you should breath in and out, which is really important in a yoga workout.
On the down side, I find the pace is a bit quick at times. The relaxation is also not good, as it is a very short section and Leah talks all the time, which doesn't really give you time and space to do what she is telling you to do.
Also, if you aren't new to yoga, then this workout is simply too gentle and not challenging enough.
Great easy to follow routine

I was initially reluctant to buy a celeb routine as they are usually an ego trip. I was persuaded to buy this after seeing all the positive reviews and I am glad I did. I have never done yoga before, but have been looking to try it as I have arthritis and it is supposed to be good for joint pain.
This dvd was simple to follow and extremely effective. After just one session I felt more comfortable and will definitely be sticking with this. Leah Bracknell has actually devised the routine herself and is a very good instructor. Her voice is gentle and relaxing and she doesn't jabber constantly like other celebs. The location and the background music enhance the lesson. In fact it is so good I think of her now as a yoga instructor rather than an ex tv star.
Excellent, I can't recommend it highly enough
