This had me cringing.

I bought this for a couple of pounds and i am going to attempt to re-sell it on Amazon for the knock down price of 50p. It probably isnt even worth that.
If i'm not mistaken, Jade like Chantelle from Big Brother is trying to build a career out of being famous for nothing, so why would her management company or agent let her do this awful dvd.

I am not a Jade fan but i think she has a certain something about her that makes people want to buy a dvd or book or watch a show that she's in, like Jordan, but this to me is the wrong route to take.

I didnt understand why Jade was presenting this dvd and telling 'experienced' street style dancers to smile every five minutes.
It was obvious that she is not an experienced dancer, so trying to be the choreographer or dance aerobics instructor seemed silly.

The location was awful and distracting. And the music was ridiculous, it would have made more sense to just use the original songs.

Dont waste your money unless your a Jade fan.

Have to say i paid £2.99 for this jades workout thought id got myself a proper bargain until i got it home that is! Now i quite like Jade and have watched and laughed alongside and at her in the reality progs shes been in. However this dvd is appalling, it is set in a warehouse full of well..rubbish! Jade should not have been the presenter as well as the star as she is so bad at telling you wot you have to do. the backing dancers look embarrassed to be there with jade telling them to "smile boys" every other sentence. She waffles thru without explaining clearly and the dance routines are not choreographed well to the music so you end up out of sync v.easily. All i can say is DO NOT BUY, it is a waste of money and will put you off buying exercise vids for life!!!

This is a much better product that I'd been expecting: a good low-impact dancy aerobic routine that certainly can work up a nice sweat, especially if - as another reviewer suggested - you try to follow the guys rather than Jade. That said, I don't mind that Jade isn't the world's best dancer as the different abilities demonstrated mean this really is suitable for all fitness levels. I like Jade a lot, but I do concede that her comments and calling could probably get seriously annoying; I'm lucky in that I have a huge collection of exercise programmes (my ex-smoking money bought them!) so I don't have to hear her every day - if this was your only fitness DVD you might end up throwing things at the telly. I am way too old to take these kinds of moves on to a dance floor (38) but I found them all easy enough to master and great fun in my living room. My one real criticism, and the reason it lost a star, is that Jade's cueing is far from great; to be fair, she's hardly a professional at this and doesn't pretend to be, but it is still irritating, especially the first time round. But it still beats the over-hyped Bodylicious into a cocked hat: more exercise, more moves, more time.

I tried this dvd recently for the first time. It is the first time i have ever used an exercise dvd. I liked it. Jade was fun and kept you going throughout. Although i didn't think there was enough instructions. She tells you in words what to do and then gets straight into it going quite fast but after the first couple of goes you get the hang of it. You couldn't use these dances when your out, so if it's dance lessons you want do not buy this. This dvd is for a steady workout with a bit of fun.

URBAN WORKOUT

I WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS DVD. THE LOCATION WAS AN OLD WAREHOUSE WITH ALOT OF ARRANGED PIPING AND RUBISH AROUND. I KNOW THAT THE CONCEPT WAS SUPPOSED TO LOOK URBAN AND TRENDY BUT I ACTUALLY FOUND IT VERY DIFFICULT TO SEE THE DANCE MOVES WITH SO MUCH CLUTTER IN THE BACKGROUND. I DO ADMIT THAT I AM LONG SIGHTED AND COULD HAVE PROBABLY CONCENTRATED A BIT BETTER IF I HAD MY GLASSES ON BUT, I ONLY WEAR THEM OCCASIONALLY AND THE LAST THING I WANT TO DO IS HAVE TO PUT THEM ON SO I CAN WORKOUT. JADE BLESS HER DOES TRY TO KEEP THE TONE LIGHT HEARTED BUT, THERE IS NOT MUCH INSTRUCTION. I THINK THAT THIS IS GOOD FOR A LIGHT AEROBIC WORKOUT WITH SLIGHT TONING BUT, DOESNT REALLY PROVIDE MUCH PHYSICAL CHALLENGE SO IS IDEAL FOR A BEGINNER, JUST FOR A BIT OF FUN OR TO GET THOSE FEEL GOOD ENDORPHINS GOING ON A WINTERS DAY. FAILING THAT YOU CAN ALWAYS SIT BACK AND WATCH THE MALE DANCERS OR LAUGH AT JADES BOOTS. I WOULD ADVISE THAT IF YOU DONT LIKE JADE GOODY THEN DONT WATCH IT. I PERSONALLY WISH HER GOOD LUCK BUT WISH THAT HER MANAGEMENT COMPANY HAD USED THE TRIED AND TESTED FORMULA OF HER PREVIOUS RECORDING AND HAD PUT A BIT MORE EFFORT INTO THE SOUNGTRACK AS WELL.
