Needs a different title

This turned out to be one I already have, so I give some further details. Skippy The Movie is a misleading title.
The full title on the front of my disk box is - The adventures of Skippy The Bush Kangaroo, the Hammond family. - The title on its spine is just Skippy The Bush Kangaroo.
This is from the 1992 series, which is a sequel to the 1966 series. 25 years on and Sonny now grown with two kids who are friends with their own Skippy. This does not seem to appeal to those who come at this from the 1966 series, now fully on DVD sets with lots and lots of disks.
I came across Skippy by way of this particular collection and like it a lot. It does not have the power of Lizzie McGuire or The Worst Witch series. What it has is a calmer approach that I find makes for a nice balance. Just as Zoey 101 adds a different balance. Unfabulous? I note that this series is now also on DVD, if still at unrealistic prices in the adverts that I have seen so far. I need a fuller search re this series.
The two items on the disk are The Hammond Family and Skippy and the Polluted River.
This Hammond Family is 64 minutes that covers some detail about the family, but not the earlier detail from way back in 1966. It is likely to be a compilation made from three 23 minute episodes: Skippy and the Hammond Family - Skippy and the Saboteur - Skippy and Wally World.
Skippy and the Polluted River is a 23 minute episode which I assume is the normal episode length.
It looks as if there were 39 episodes, made over a year approx. IMDb gives slightly different episode numbers depending on if the search is from the series entry or an actor.
Whatever, this is what made me interested in getting a collection of The Adventures of Skippy and Amazon has shown me that is now available.
