Good but slightly annoying

I own quite a lot of excercise videos and just added this one to my collection. The aerobic workout is good although it is not very challenging for an experienced exerciser like me. However the toning and yoga section is GREAT. But Zoe's instructor is very annoying and fake as she laughs and tries to communicate with Zoe who quite wisely does not answer her. Perhaps she is trying to avoid the annoying banter.

I have recently bought Zoe Lucker's Little Black Dress Workout on Amazon, I really thought it was an excellent workout, great fun and very enjoyable. The mix of five different workouts makes it great and it's not a bit boring like other workouts I've tried. To watch Zoe throughout the video she is a true inspiration. I'm only trying this workout for the past two weeks so I have to give it a bit more time for results but I'm sure I'll get them!!!!!!!!!!

I bought this video simply because Zoe Lucker is one of my favourite celebrities and I'm a huge fan of Footballer's Wives. The video is split up into five sections-warm up, dance, box, tone, and yoga. Each lasts ten minutes so you just don't have the time to get bored! Plus Zoe's beautiful smile is always smiling and the two of them are forever laughing which really makes the video a lot more entertaining and fun to do. At the start there are three girls who were fairly overweight but it showed what they looked like after doing the workout and they look fantastic, so it definately gives you a boost to start the video! Plus you can do it wherever you want, it's a great video.

Having never bought an exercise video in my life I was for some reason drawn to this one and thought it was worth a try, after a long cold winter huddling on the sofa and eating chocolate.
I think it's fantastic because if you're feeling lazy you can just get yourself to do the ten minute warm up section. By the time you've done that, you're normally energised and up for more, after which you can choose from the various other sections which are quite varied. The ten minute format definitely gets over the psychological hurdle of 'having to do' exercise, you can even break it up over an evening.
The music is funky, the location sumptuous, and it avoids being annoying by the fact that you can see that Zoe and her trainer are having a bit of a laugh, and don't take it all too seriously.
I have nothing to compare it to, but give it five stars as it has got me doing some exercise and really perked me up!

Being a workout video addict and a Footballer's Wives fan, I bought this on it's first day of release. The workouts are in five different sections, each lasting a generous ten minutes long. A fun warm-up is followed by a dance section, then boxing (my favourite), a challenging toning section, and lastly a very sumptuous yoga cool down. This video is from the same team that released the Patsy Palmer Club Workout (remember the good one??) - it boasts the same trainer Niki Wibrow, an equally funky soundtrack, and good camara angles - and it oozes the same high quality. The setting is very bling-bling, but this doesn't distract from the routines which are varied and effective. Both Zoe and Niki present the routines in a clear and likeable way, and I can't help but smile each time I see Zoe burst out laughing when she makes a mistake! Top marks from me, and a rare treat to get a workout video that has really been thought about and that doesn't disappoint. (tip - the DVD is great for jumping quickly from one section to another)
