The Brave Little Toaster finally on DVD!Review date: 2003-08-03 Rating: 10 out of 10Its about time they realesed this film on DVD! First of all- If you have seen the Brave Little Toaster and want the DVD For special features etc. then its not worth buying it. All the DVD Menu Page has is: "Play Movie". "Trailer". and "Scene Selection". There are NO Subtitles either. The Menu page is quite poor aswell- Just a blue background with The Toaster at the bottom.
However it being on DVD Definitly improves viewing pleasure- Crystal clear sound and picture + In full screen.
For those who have not seen The Brave Little Toaster its about 5 household appliances- Toasty The Toaster, Blanky The Blankit, Radio the (erm,) Radio, Lampy the Lamp, and Kirby the vaccume cleaner. (They are brilliant animated). They Live together in a mountain cabin where their Master "Owner" Rob lives. Rob is a small 4 yr old boy and is taken away at a young age to live somewhere new, Leaving in a hurry he leaves behind his beloved appliances. From that day forwaud they realise they have been abandand, 15 years later they decide they want to be reunited with him and gather together to form some kind of transport. A computer chair pulled by Kirby the vaccume cleaner. They are determind to mind him no matter what, but little do they know what danger lie ahead. A Brilliant funny, Well animated, and gripping story for the whole famliy to enjoy! I highly reccommend The Brave Little Toaster!this is a classic, a big YES, for all agesReview date: 2002-02-25 Rating: 10 out of 10when i first saw this film i was 15 now i am 32, and just recently brought it for my rebelious teenager, you may think this film is for the little ones, think again. You just dont look at your toaster in the same way after youve watched it, the adventures still live on, in the other movie........ahh i love this film so much....just basically watch, coz if you dont youve missed out!!!!!!!!a superb film for all all the family.Review date: 2001-02-08 Rating: 10 out of 10The brave little toaster is a truly remarkable film, one of only a handful of quality disney productions that contains an atmosphere unique to itself. It evokes feelings of pleasure and nostalgia in all who watch it. Whilst being an emmy nominated feature it displays all the characteristics that an oscar winner has. In short the brave little toaster is a timeless masterpiece, that deserves every morsel of praise that it gets. Original and funny this is a sure fire hit for all.
