I can't find words to describe how mega awesome this movie is! However, I have to agree with Mr. I.J. Davis as it does take nearly half the movie before Vegeta (My favourite character as well) grows some saiyan balls and joins the fight. Still, bloody brilliant and worth all the time to watch. Other 2 aren't that great though...

i bought this dvd last year in june right after i bought broly second coming. To me this movie is far superior then the two up coming broly movies. it explans more and has a better story plot.

A Super Saiyan has revealed himself in the south galaxy leaving his energy trail behind. King kai senses this new overwhelming power and rushes to contact Goku. Meanwhile a new arrival lands on Earth Paragus. Paragus is one of the surviving Saiyans which vows to serve Prince Vegeta and to show him his new planet.


But Paragus tell's Vegeta about this new Saiyan of terror and says he knows where to locate him. At that time Goku is out in search for this vicious Super Saiyan but the search ends up on the planet what Paragus introduced to Vegeta. But oddly enough that werid energy flow that was in the south gallaxy is on that same planet?

i must say i am very impressed with this film .the storyline is great and it is backed up perfectly with a powerfull soundtrack.its only down side is for vegeta fans like myself as he appears to have lost all courage and will to fight until the last minute.

When Vegeta is lured to a small planet with Goku what will happen when Broly The Legendary Super Saiyan is unleashed upon Goku, Vegeta, Piccollo, Trunks and Gohan. You will have to find out. Worth the money. Once watching this you will want to buy the next. Broly. The Second Coming.

This is one of the best Dragon Ball Z movies I have seen. Here is the order I liked them in-

A very good movie with a storyline that makes sense. A Saiyan called Paragas comes to Earth and asks Vegeta to become king of the new Planet Vegeta and defeat the Legendary Super Saiyan. Kuririn, a drunk Kame-Sen'nin, Oolong and a suspicious Trunks also go with them. Meanwhile, Kaio-Sama calls Goku to stop the rampaging Legendary Super Saiyan in the Southern Galaxy. Goku is led to new Planet Vegeta and meets Broly, who has a grudge agaist Goku for theb stupidest reason! And in a strange turn of events, it turns out that Broly is the Legendary Super Saiyan! The rest is too juicy to spoil

Overall, second on my list of DBZ Movies and a movie no fan can live without.
