As far as I could tell, his "psychic" powers extend to telling a teenage girl that her friend was having trouble with a boy (crikey, whatever next), and to telling a woman with an obviously Irish ancestory that a relation was thinking of going to Ireland (well I never).

The "Paranormal" photos (mainly camera flash reflecting on dust particles) are hardly evidence of "spirits".

Derek tells us that we've all got a spirit guide. Mine is clearly telling me to steer clear of this rubbish.

I really enjoyed this DVD.I am really interested in the pananormal and derek is one of my favorite mediums and love to see him contacting spirits especially on programmes like Most Haunted.I would recommend this DVD to anyone who is into all things pananormal and believe in the spirit world.The DVD contained lots of extras including a section on meditation to develop your own psychic abilities.A good insight into how derek has developed as a medium over the years.

Whilst initially £19.99 may appear a little high for a single disc when you have viewed it you will be glad you bought it.

This is a fascinating account of Derek and his incredible work. Although I am open minded about such things, it is understandable that a sceptic may see Derek at work on a show like `Most Haunted` and think he must have done some research beforehand.

If you have any doubts about the authenticity of Derek and his work then look no further than this DVD which will wipe them away in one fell swoop. See him talk to complete strangers in the street and know so much about them, what has happened to them and what will happen.

There are some quite moving sections such as when the teenage lad in Liverpool, worried that his recently departed grandmother was angry with him before she died, is given peace by Derek. That is what this remarkable human being is all about helping people to know more about themselves and what is beyond this life and in doing that helping them to make the most of this life and be a more spiritual person because of it.

I have never met Derek Acorah but I will aim to do so at the earliest opportunity.
